JK Solutions is a consultancy and technical support company established by Jerry Kavanagh. Our aim is to provide technical support and advice to companies focusing particulary on systems and manufacturing technologies aimed at the wood based joinery industry.
CiNCh Joinery & CiNCh CAM
We have tried for many years to find a software partner who suited the requirements of our clients. Namely high end joinery manufacturers utilising custom and traditional joinery practices on a daily basis. This search has proven unsuccessful. Current solutions available do not allow for common practices used in the UK and Ireland such as (to name just a few):
- Mortise and tenon jointing techniques.
- Box-sash windows.
- Stopped rebates.
- Mixed rebates.
- Variable rebate sizes (depending on the relevant insert).
- Wainscoting
Because of this we began development of a relevant solution. This process has taken nearly 5 years of research and development.
